Surge Content builds networks of fan pages, theme pages and peer-to-peer pages for artists, labels, shows, podcasts and streamers, then runs them: the identities, the warm-up, the content, the posting and the growth. Every page is registered to the client, with the credentials in the client's hands. When a campaign ends, the network stays.

01

What you own

A Surge network is tens or hundreds of pages, each registered to you. Surge builds, grows and operates them on your behalf, and if you ever stop working with Surge, the pages, the followers and the logins stay with you.

That is the difference from a clipping campaign. When a traditional clipping campaign ends, the audience disappears with it. On a Surge network, views compound into followers on pages you keep, ready for the next release.

02

Three kinds of page

Page type Builds Reaches Best for
Fan pages Artist audience Existing fans Release cycles
Theme pages New audience Non-fans Discovery
Peer-to-peer pages Trust The community Credibility

Fan pages are a dedicated voice built around an artist, show or talent: edits, lore, fancams and stan-culture fluency, run so the fandom adopts them as its own.

Theme pages are highly stylised pages built on proven formats, such as sports edits, movie edits, genre pages and nostalgia pages. They pull large organic reach and put your content inside it.

Peer-to-peer pages live inside a community as people rather than brands, with a native tone and no ad feel.

For reach beyond your own network, Surge also operates an extended distribution network for rapid-deployment campaigns.

The five-stage engine

  1. Research. Before a post goes live, trained research agents work across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X and Reddit, mapping your accounts, your competitors and the communities around them: which subcultures and fandoms to reach, how each one talks, and what travels.
  2. Strategy. Research becomes an account and content strategy: which page types to build, which themes each page runs and which formats fit each community, cross-referenced against 500,000+ Surge posts.
  3. Hooks. Hooks are written like ads and tested like ads, using copywriting frameworks and fandom psychology, then A/B tested across the live campaign so the winners get more weight.
  4. Production and distribution. High-quality short-form content, produced in volume without looking like volume, posted daily across the network, with each page keeping its own identity, cadence and content mix.
  5. Daily optimisation. Every post feeds a live dashboard broken down by theme, hook, lyric style, video composition, sound and topic. Optimisation agents review 5-second retention, average watch time, full watch rate, follower conversion and engagement rate every day, and the content mix is reweighted while the campaign runs.
04

One system, not a crowd of clippers

A clipper network is thousands of individuals working without shared data, shared learnings or memory. Surge is one centralised system: every result from every post feeds the strategy for the next one, so the engine improves with each campaign and every client benefits from all of it.

05

How fast it starts

Research and strategy typically take 2 days, with the page network warming in parallel. Most campaigns are live at scale within 7 days of kickoff.

06

Where it runs

TikTok first, with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts distribution. Research also covers X and Reddit to map communities and conversation.

07

The results

Across 15 published case studies, the networks that report a page count range from 12 to 264 pages, delivered at CPMs from $0.05 to $2.32.

  • lolwtfitsjake: 264 pages built from scratch, 32M+ views and 12M+ streams at a $0.41 CPM.
  • Milky Chance: 30 fan pages driving a 13-year-old catalogue record, "Stolen Dance", to 2 billion streams.
  • Bebe Rexha: 12 fan pages, 220K+ UGC on "New Religion" and 100M+ streams.
